I used to buy this cheeseball from a local grocery store. It was so good, I decided to try to make it. It has quickly become a family favorite. There are rarely any leftovers when I bring it to a party.

Ingredients
- 1-8 oz cream cheese block – room temperature
- ¼ lb Black Forest Ham – diced small
- 3-4 green onions – white and green parts, washed and sliced small
- 1-2 TBSP mayonnaise – I use Duke’s but you can use whatever brand you prefer
- Worcestershire sauce – 3-4 dashes (I use Lea and Perrins brand)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 8 oz divided. (I like Sharp or Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, but use your favorite)
Special Kitchen Tools Needed
- Mixing bowl – 4 cup or so
- Kitchen mixer and beaters (or food processor)
Instructions
- Place softened cream cheese block in mixing bowl. Beat with mixer until creamy.
- Add in half of the cheese, mayonnaise, all of the diced ham, green onions and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix all ingredients until just combined.
- Using clean hands, form cream cheese mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheeseball in remaining cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate in a covered container until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion: Place on a decorative plate or board with your favorite snack crackers and fresh veggies (crudités). This would also make a beautiful addition to a charcuterie board.
